Summer is now upon up, the lawns take up more mowing and our pots of geraniums at the front door are looking good

The good weather, when it visits us! is an excellent opportunity for relatives and friends to get outside with our residents  wandering around the gadens or just sitting having tea.

The exercise classes continue to be well attended the card making activity is very popular. Our knitters are away it looks like there will be a lot of scarves come Winter!

Outings to Wroxham are planned during the summner and we hope to get some of the residents out on the bus! But, relatives, don't forget, why not take your Mum or Dad out for a drive or even to lunch. They do so enjoy being with their families and we are always happy to lend a wheelchair!

The next big event on the horizon is the church annual fete which they hold in our grounds.  It is such a happy event and all the residents really look forward to it. It's also a great opportunity for everyone to get together for the afternoon Michelle, one of our senior carers  organises the duck pond - we think she is the only one who can cope with the hoards of children all wanting to "hook a duck" . Colleen our hairdresser will be selling books and we are also having a bottle stall. All contributions welcome!
